In 2005, we began asking attendees to bring new, unused items, with tag still attached for collection and re-distribution to worthy charities, instead of charging admission. So far we have collected over 3200 pairs of new socks and underwear and over 2400 units of school supplies at our concerts.

I am working on the planning for a new event that I am super excited about. On January 20th NextArts is producing an event where the simulcast of Barack Obama's Inaguration will be played to thousands of people in San Francisco's Civic Center.
