Hey everybody I saw this post and thought to share it. NextArts in San Francisco is doing a simulcast of Pres-elect Obama's Inauguration. Below are the details. NextArts Presents: The Inauguration of the 44th President of the United States of America - Simulcast (The Sock It To Me Concert) Where: Civic Center, San Francisco When: January 20, 2009 7:00AM-12Noon This is a "Sock It To Me Concert"TM. We will collect socks and underwear (new, tag still attached) for the homeless instead of charging admission. While we had no way of predicting it, this is why we started the Sock It To Me Concerts so many years ago. NextArts has always believed "We are our brother's and sister's keeper."
